Because the training session is limited to groups of 8 we can tailor the workout to meet anyone’s needs. This program is designed to ensure you can not fail! 


We care about you and your success! We know diets and deprivation DON'T work, which is why we are committed to teaching you how to eat for the rest of your life, and making sure the hour you spend at NYSF is the BEST hour of your day! All you must do is commit to yourself, we will handle the rest! We start your 15 days by meeting with our Nutrition and Training Coordinator. We will develop a plan, set a goal, and make sure you see it through!  


For 15 days you have UNLIMITED access to Team Training! No advanced sign ups, no class is ever full! Come whenever and as often as you want! Torch calories, build strength and have fun! These sessions will have you dripping with sweat and smiling ear to ear! 


We know you will have questions, and we will be there to support you through all of them! For 15 days, we are at your service available for all nutrition related questions via email 24/7


We think you deserve the best, so we threw out our scale! No more guessing, with our InBody 570 Technology we will know EXACTLY how many pounds of fat you lost and how much muscle you gained! 


During the program you are family! So come see us anytime! Full locker facilities, and a juice bar! 


Want to try something different? We always want to see you in Training but if you want to give the weights a break for the day you can burn some serious calories in Spin, Shake it up in Zumba OR Stretch it out in Yoga!
